Booking Terms and Conditions

All our boats are fully insured, included:

  • Third party and passenger civil liability minimum 500.000 Euro any one accident.
  • Damage liability third party and passenger’s yacht 150.000 Euro any one accident.
  • Sea pollution liability 150.000 Euro

Security Deposit (For Bareboat Charters Only)

A refundable security deposit of 1,000 Euro has to be paid prior to embarkation. The yacht is comprehensively insured (against damage to the hull, machinery and/or equipment), including third Party cover, beyond a deductible excess figure. The refundable Security Deposit is held against the yachts insurance excess. In case of damage to the yacht or loss of equipment, the estimated value for repairs and replacement is withheld from your security deposit and the balance is returned to you.

Booking Procedure

You can search for availabilities through our online reservation system and proceed to book your daily cruise or weekly charter.

You will be able to pay via Bank transfer, Credit/Debit card through a POS machine at our offices.

After confirming the reservation of the boat you wish to rent we will send you a booking confirmation.

In order to finally confirm your booking a down payment is required within 2 days of the initial reservation.

Charter Party Contract

Our Charter packages are based on a Charter Party Contract completed prior to charter start (normally on the day) which is the official charter contract in Greece, a copy is available on request.

Payments

Down Payment 30%: within 2 days after booking confirmation.
Final Payment 70%: At least 14 days before embarkation

For bookings confirmed from 1 to 14 days prior to embarkation full payment (100%) is required.

Booking Cancellation

You may cancel your charter at any time subject to the following penalties which are to be paid to us:

Over 12 weeks before your charter: 30% of the total charter fee

Between 4 and 12 weeks before your charter: 50% of the total charter fee

Less than 4 weeks before your charter: The total charter fee (100%)

We reserve the right to cancel a charter at any time without penalty and cannot be held liable for any additional costs associated with such a cancellation.

Travel documents

You are responsible for obtaining and must possess and have available for presentation as required all entry and exit, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, order, demands or requirements of the country in which your charter will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse to provide a charter to anyone who has not complied with, or whose documents do not appear to comply with, such applicable laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements.

Changes to your charter

We will always make best efforts to provide charters as published. However, in circumstances of bad weather, operational difficulties, mechanical breakdowns, local strikes or other industrial actions or staff illness we reserve the right to make changes to the type of yacht and schedule of a charter.  We will always endeavour to provide a service of equal quality.

Conduct aboard our vessels

If in our reasonable opinion you conduct yourself aboard one of our vessels so as to endanger the vessel or any person or property on board, or behave in a disorderly manner or in a manner to which other clients may reasonably object, we may take such measures as we deem necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct including your removal from the vessel. You may be prosecuted for offences committed on board a vessel. You agree to abide by the orders of the Skipper in command of the vessel at all times. The Skipper’s decision is final.
